TPM SOFTWARE RELEASED COMMERCIALLY

After many years of in-house software development for the Residential Property Market we are pleased to announce the Release of our New Technology Property Management Software for 2010 - TPM

TPM Software News is updated by our webmaster whenever modifications or improvements are made to our software products. A few examples are shown today by the screen shots on the right ........

Notice to Quit and Move Out Dates are shown to you in Red & Green respectively. Easily organise and see at a glance with the click of a mouse. TPM Software creates the usual section 33 notice to the tenant.

Tenants Cash Book is available now in the Tenants Module giving you the ability to take periodic payments, print a Tenants Receipt with receipt number and date.

From the monies taken, the Cash Book will print a Landlords Statement detailing the monies paid by the Tenant and the monies taken by the Agency.

Have full details and control of the payments already received and allocate the Full or Part Payments to the relevant charge period.

The Cash Book will only Pay the Landlord according to monies taken.
