Property Voice Help throughout module. All property details entered into TPM are instantly available to view on the Agency or Landlords website. Easy to use check boxes are used in TPM to control the following on the Agency or Landlords website :- New property, Property of The Week & Availability. When entering the property postcode in TPM a Map link url is automatically generated to allow the website to show a map of where the property is located. TPM automatically warns the Agency or Landlord when PATS tests are due, when gas renewal certificates are due and when property inspections are due.An essential Work diary is bundled in with the property module to show all of the above.
