This Stage now means that you have to decide whether the Job can be done In House or By a outside Building Contractor, either way the TPM system allows you to manage both situations or a mixture of In House and Contractors at the same time.

If an outside contractor, whom is normally used
for this type of work, is required then simply fill in the section Instruction
To Contractor and Print, E-Mail or Fax the Works
Order as seen below.

This Instruction or Works Order will allow the Contractor to carry out the Specific Job with all the relevant information contained on the Works Order Number.
