Module - Job Costing.
The Job Costing Software in TPM incorporates many important features for Property Management including Costing and Profit Analysis.
The Main Integrated Modules are:-

From the main
Dashboard click on the Icon 
which will take
you to the Sage Control Panel as shown below.
To export your completed Job Costing Orders into Sage, that
is the Works Orders that have been approved, completed, priced and invoiced,
click on the button 
which will create files named
jobcosting_customers.csv and trans5.csv in the TPM drive(d):\data\ directory.
When you see this dialog box on screen do not press ok until you are familiar with the Import process in Sage.
As the Information dialog box message is displayed open Sage and go to File, Import as shown below………
This will now show the screen shot below………….
Select Customer Records and then…………………
Go to the drive(d):\data\jobcosting_customers.csv file and select open.
The screen above will show you the Landlords in the TPM system who qualify to be imported into sage.
In this case Landlord A/C L17 Name E.Coast(2).
In Sage The Customer Record will look like this:-
As no Audit Trail Transactions have been imported yet we now must do this by importing Audit Trail Transactions as show below.
Go to the drive
(d):\data\trans5.csv file and select open..
If all is correct the next screen will be the sage File Import Success screen as shown below.
You will notice that it shows the correct Landlord A/c, Invoice Date, Invoice Ref. Number, Property Address, Tenants Name and Gross Invoice Charge after Vat.
This is shown in the customer Activity Tab In Sage…
The Invoice detail in Sage now corresponds with the Job Costing Details
on Works Order JC26 from TPM software.

As you can see, at a glance, you can analyze costs and profit instantly for each Job on the TPM software.
This is also available as a report in the Completion Tab section by pressing on Job Costing by Job.
The TPM software can immediately give you Statistics on Screen regarding Prioritized Instructions, Building, Electrical and Minor Work completed on time.
On the Landlords TPM account all Maintenance Details
are attached as shown below.
This detail is available to the Landlord Online
through your website incorporating the TPM software.
As you can see above the Job Costing module is
integrated with the other TPM software modules making it easy to manage the
Landlords account.
