Module - Job Costing.
The Job Costing Software in TPM incorporates many important features for Property Management including Costing and Profit Analysis.

As shown below, the TPM Job Costing system includes the following reports:-

If you wish to prioritize jobs then the TPM software will summarise the quantity of jobs by priority within a start and end date. This allows you to analyze the urgency and time periods for processing jobs.

If you wish to see all approved jobs then the TPM software will summarise approved jobs by date within a start and end date. This allows you to analyze approval methods on jobs.

If you wish to see all jobs on system by Location then the TPM software will summarise these jobs by date within a start and end date. This allows you to analyze work done on Jobs at the same location.
Indicates maybe the same type of fault reoccurring at the same Property.

Flags up Jobs incomplete at a certain address.

All jobs incomplete by a User entered date range i.e. start date and end date.

All jobs not started by a User entered date range i.e. start date and end date.

If working to service level agreements then this
report, again using a date range, will correctly show you all Jobs completed by
the expected time as indicated by the appropriate Priority.


Lists all Jobs by the type of work and from a user
entered date range.

Exports the current Job to Microsoft Excel where
you can easily manipulate the detail.

Merge the Current Job Costing Fields with values
into any word document that you have made up for your company.

E-mail the current or all Job Costing Records –
allows you to pick the appropriate field values for merge purposes.

As you can see above the Job Costing module is
integrated with the other TPM software modules making it easy to manage the
Landlords account.
