Module - Job Costing.

 

The Job Costing Software in TPM incorporates many important features for Property Management  including Costing and Profit Analysis.

2.Property Inspection.

 

As you can see below, the Defects reported by Tenant or Landlord is carried onto the Job Costing Main Form. This allows the Property Agent/Landlord to discern what Job’s are outstanding and require action.

 

 

Another feature of the TPM software is that the defect can be reported onto the Agents/Landlords website and be carried automatically into the Help Desk module.

Double Clicking the Works Order from the Job Costing Screen will drill down to the In-house and Sub Contractor Job Costing form.

 

 

As you can see the original Help Desk information is clearly visible on the Main Job Costing form Request Tab Page.

From this point if an In-House member of staff has inspected the property then you would want to fill in the Information required on the Inspection Tab page.

 

 

It may be necessary to prioritize the Job depending on it’s urgency, therefore you are provided with a prioritization method from Priority A-E and of course if no action is necessary then using your mouse check out No Action.

Also a facility exists to confirm the Payment Source normally attributed to Electrical, Mechanical or Building Works.

Reports which indicate statistics and performance levels by In House Works Team are available when the form is used to the full.

This now means that you have to decide whether the Job can be done In House or By a outside Building Contractor, either way the TPM system allows you to manage both situations or a mixture of In House and Contractors at the same time.

 

WORKS ORDER
