Technology Property Management
Module - Job Costing.
The Job Costing Software in TPM incorporates many important features for Property Management including Costing and Profit Analysis.
The Main Integrated Modules are:-
9. Purchase Order Requisitions
10. Landlord Invoicing
Supervisors Report - It is recommended that you enter the notes made when checking the Contractors work in the section Supervisors Report as shown below.
Category – A Job Category type may be used to give a quick analysis on types of jobs being done by you or outside contractors.
Non Productive Time – Used to analyse down time or otherwise.
Cost Code – If a budget is made for down time then the appropriate cost centre code would be analysed.
Final Agreed Cost – Normally comes from the Accepted Total of the Quotations Tab Screen but can be adjusted if necessary.
Job Start Date - Use the Job Start Date to correctly analyse Priority Statistics.

To Invoice the Landlord you will have had to enter a Job Finish Date and then have pressed on the Post To Accounts Button.
.
Job Finish Date - The Job Finish Date is used for the Job Costing Invoice Date, therefore is required for the Landlords Invoice Details to be correct.
Post To Accounts - Posts the accepted values in the Quotations, Labour, Material and Equipment tables to the Invoice Labour Net, Material Net, Plant Net and Quotations fields as shown below.

After the postings have been completed you will then be able to print the Landlords Invoice appropriate to the tenant’s property as shown below.

The TPM Software will only calculate the Total
Priced Elements that have been checked for Acceptance. The priced elements plus
the marked up percentages will be applied to the Landlords Invoice and
consequently posted into Sage.
A detailed Job Analysis can be printed out as
shown below by pressing the Job costing
By Job button with your mouse.

As you can see above the Job Costing module is
integrated with the other TPM software modules making it easy to manage the
Landlords account.
